Full colour videotron dan running text controller tipe HD D30 adalah controller untuk mengkonversi dan menampilkan file video, gambar dan tulisan ke module LED matrix SMD FULL colour (256 warna).

Kontroler HD tipe D30 merupakan salah satu dari kontroler tipe D (tipe dasar) dengan resolusi tertinggi untuk aplikasi videotron.
Kontroler tipe D tidak membutuhkan sending dan receiving card karena kedua fitur tersebut sudah tertanam di dalam kontroler ini sehingga memudahkan proses merakit bagi pemula, dan mengurangi biaya tambahan bagi videotron yang berukuran kecil.
